What is, in your opinion, the core of Arton experience?

At Arton you will have a bright and empowering set of coaches that will push you to deploy your potential. Throughout the evolutions you will learn to deal with challenge, perform with excellence and taste achievement.

Arton is an institution that offers the necessary resources to test yourself in a challenging (though safe) environment. You will: increase your self knowledge, have the time to reflect about your life, expand your previous self-imposed limits, discover that you are capable of much more than you thought possible, and strengthen your character.

In the process, you will advance the balanced development of body, mind and spirit.

That will result in authentic leadership.

What about coping with failure?

At Arton you will be used to learning from your mistakes. The same equation of vaccines is applied. A vaccine is no more than a disease vector inoculated in small quantities in order to enable the organism to generate antibodies. Mistakes are handled the same way. A small mistake will teach how to react to it positively and use the most of it, without causing much damage. When those failures are approached correctly, one will develop a correct attitude to manage bigger failures in the future. Because they happen: even the most successful people know their bitter flavour. But they stand up swiftly after each fall. That is the trait that enables them to be called successful. But if an individual doesn't learn that, he could be almost defeated by those disappointments and will never get up again. For example, not knowing how to deal with failure would typically lead an entrepreneur to abandon his new undertaking after the first problems that always arise when beginning something. On the contrary, someone wise enough will persist in the face of difficulty and conquer the initial aims.

What is the benefit of challenge?

When challenge is dealt with the correct attitude, it can help to increase confidence and awareness of one's own capabilities. On the other hand, after hard endeavours such as those present in Arton's programmes, there is a contrast effect: everything seems easier thereafter.

It also instils a daring attitude towards life, which helps to further achievement and personal growth.

Dealing with challenge also helps to disregard fear of change. Leaving the "comfort zone" is vital in life, in every area of performance. It is so for a lawyer, an entrepreneur, a businessman, anyone. And challenge is no more than that: leaving what is known in order to confront the unknown that hides under its veil something which is deemed better.
